For a 2023 Toyota Corolla Hatchback you'd be able to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11567 that you were already looking at. From there you would want to measure the distance from the bottom of the trailer coupler to the top of the inside of the trailer hitch receiver to see what kind of rise you'd need to keep the trailer level while towing.
